Our services are adaptable to all practices regardless of their size. They are suited for all types of practices from solo practitioners to large clinics with multiple locations.

We work with all types of practices including family doctors, specialists, dentists, medical cosmetics, and multi-disciplinary practices.

Restricting our services to a specific industry allows us to have a deeper understanding of complexities of the industry and the challenges our clients are facing. In turn, this enables us to provide services that are tailored to their needs and suit them much better than other administrative and consulting services.

With Medex, you get a service that is tailored to your unique needs as a medical professional. Moreover, it gives you the convenience of having all your business needs efficiently handled together rather than having to liaise with multiple professional services. Finally, we have a proven track record of improving the operations of medical clinics.

With Medex you have access to knowledge and competence in-house staff generally does not have. Also, your administration might not require a full-time position. In this situation it is often cheaper to outsource. Employees are an expensive long-term commitment. They require training and incurring extra expenses for benefits, vacation time, etc., with no guarantee that they will perform the job satisfactorily or stay for very long in the position. Furthermore, they do not provide the flexibility of scaling up or down to adapt to the changing needs of your practice.

We provide all our prospective clients with a free consultation. It gives us a chance to understand their unique needs and to give them precise information about what we can do for them. That way, they can make an informed decision and they get a sense of what working with us will be like.

What we charge depends on many factors. Each practice is different. Our quotes reflect the size of the clinic as well as the scope of the services provided. Price lists are suitable for a one-size-fits-all service but not for a customized experience like the one we deliver.

We have kept testimonials to a minimum and do not mention the clinic’s name in the case study for confidentiality reasons. It was, however, published with their permission and this clinic and other professionals we have worked with will vouch for us.

Absolutely. You retain complete control of your organization regardless of the services provided by Medex. We simply execute tasks on your behalf and provide administrative support and guidance. The decision-making power stays with you, always. Additionally, we do not get involved in any of the medical aspects of your practice.

It depends on the project, the results you are looking to achieve, and the scope of the work you requested. But, we will meet with you on a regular basis to discuss progress and to ensure you are satisfied.
